Follow our lecture series Focus on Total Defence with digital lectures during the spring. On 20th of March , Alberto Rinaldi, Senior Lecturer at Lund University, will give a lecture on Critical Infrastructure within Total Defence.
This lecture examines cognitive warfare as an emerging challenge for democratic societies, focusing on the legal tensions between the military and civilian domains. It uses scientific disinformation and biological threats as a case study to explore questions of regulation, accountability, and the protection of fundamental rights.
