Legal day (Journée du droit) in Stockholm
As part of "Legal Day" (Journée du droit), an initiative organised by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, the French Embassy in Sweden is organising a conference on 29 October from 3 pm to 5 pm at the French Residence in Stockholm (Narvavägen 26) on the theme: "From peace to war: adapting the law in times of crisis".
Speakers from the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs (UD), the Swedish minister of defense (Mod), KTH’s Total Defence Centre and the French the Higher Institute of Armaments and Defence (Assas-ISAD) will discuss the adaptation of the Swedish legal system, the total defence strategy and Sweden’s commitment to international law.
The aim is to raise awareness of the importance of national and international law in a rapidly changing world as well as to offer a French-Swedish perspective on the topic.
