Your personal data
At Campus Total Defence, we only collect personal data when you, as a user, contact us via email. The handling of personal data is ultimately regulated by the General Data Protection Regulation. Here you will find information about how we work with personal data to provide you with the best possible service while protecting your personal integrity.
Since we only display courses on this website and applications for courses are made on the respective university's website or on antagning.se, we do not collect any personal data in this regard.
What is personal data?
Personal data is all information that can be used to identify an individual. Examples of personal data are name, social security number, email address, address, telephone number, photographs and login information.
When do we collect personal data?
- We collect personal data in the following contexts:
- If you respond to a web form, send us an email or otherwise contact Campus Total Defence digitally.
- If you have registered that you want to receive newsletters from us.
Personal data and our web forms
For each web form there is a unique text that describes what information we collect, what our purpose is with the collection and how long we will save your information.
By filling out the web form, you agree that your information will be collected and processed by Campus Total Defence. We apply applicable privacy legislation at all times when processing personal data. The legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent.
The personal data we process about you is not shared with anyone outside Campus Total Defence unless we are required to do so by law. We ensure that the service providers we use for our administration are secure and reliable.
Data controller
The data controller is the Campus Total Defence Programme Office. You have the right to contact us if you want information about the data we have about you, to withdraw your consent, to request correction, transfer or to request that we limit processing, to make objections or request deletion of your data. Marketing and communication
In order to market our education and disseminate information about our activities, we produce texts, images and films for both our own and other channels. When we do this, we obtain consent from those who participate in films and images.
In some contexts, we do not have the opportunity to request consent, for example at an open lecture with many people in the audience. If we take pictures or film, we inform about this at the time to make people aware of this. The production and publication of text, images and films and thus the processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of informing about our activities, research and education. This is based on the authority regulation and is called "a task of public interest".
We use both our own website and social media such as Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram.
